1. What is the WeMind referral program?

The WeMind referral program rewards individuals for introducing new users to WeMind, our all-in-one accounting and tax solution.
As a Referral Agent, you can earn commissions by sharing your unique referral code with businesses and professionals who can benefit from WeMind.
Our referral system operates independently at referral.wemind.tax, where you can:
• Register as a Referral Agent
• Generate and manage your referral codes
• Track your referrals and commissions in real time
• Receive payouts directly
You can earn through direct sales of WeMind subscriptions to new users and by building a multi-tier network of referral agents, unlocking even more commission opportunities as your referred agents grow their own networks.

2. Who can join the referral program?

Anyone can join, whether you’re a business owner, freelancer, accountant, or simply someone who wants to earn by promoting WeMind. The program is ideal for UAE residents and professionals looking for an additional income stream.

4. How do I sign up as a Referral Agent?

Signing up as a Referral Agent is simple:
Create your account: Provide your name, mobile phone number, email, and password. If invited by another agent, enter their referral code.
Verify your identity: Receive verification codes via email and SMS, then upload your Emirates ID (front side) for added security.
Add your bank details: Enter your bank information to ensure smooth referral payouts.
Generate your referral codes: Start creating unique referral codes to share with businesses who can benefit from WeMind.
Once registered, you can easily track your referrals and earnings from your personal dashboard.

5. How do I refer someone to WeMind?

You can easily refer both WeMind users and Referral Agents directly from your dashboard. To refer WeMind users, simply enter their name, email, and a personalized message. You’ll have the option to select from up to five available referral codes to send to the invited user. You can also use the pre-written email template, which will automatically include your selected referral code. The invited user will receive an email offering them a 5% discount on their subscription. You can also share your referral code via popular messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or SMS.
To invite Referral Agents, you need to first refer 20 WeMind users. Once you’ve reached this milestone, you’ll unlock the ability to invite Referral Agents and grow your network through the dashboard.

6. How do I recruit other Referral Agents?

After making 20 direct WeMind user referrals, you’ll unlock the ability to recruit Tier 2 Referral Agents. Once you’re eligible, you can invite new agents to join your network and earn an additional 20% commission from their sales.
You can refer new agents directly through your dashboard by entering their name, email, and a personalized message. You also have the option to send an invitation email using a pre-written template that includes your unique referral code that you’ve selected. You can choose from up to five available referral codes to send to the invited Referral Agent. Alternatively, you can share your referral code via popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or SMS, based on your preference.

7. What benefits do referred WeMind users get?

Users who sign up with a referral code enjoy a 5% discount on their WeMind subscription:
• Annual Subscription: A one-time 5% discount.
• Monthly Subscription:A 5% discount for the first 12 months.
When a referred user subscribes, the Referral Agent earns a commission based on the set rates.

8. How much can I earn from referrals?

Your earnings depend on the number of referrals and your tier:
• You (Direct Referrals): Earn a base referral commission for every new WeMind user who subscribes using your code.You will earn AED 500 for each Spark Plan subscription and AED 1,000 for each Horizon Plan subscription when new users subscribe using your referral code.
• Tier 2 (Recruiting Other Referral Agents): After 20 direct sales, you can recruit Tier 2 agents and earn an additional 20% commission from their sales.
• Tier 3 (Expanding Your Network): After all your Tier 2 agents reach a sum of 50 sales, you earn an extra 5% commission on every new Tier 3 sale.

9. When and how will I receive my commission?

Commissions are processed monthly and paid directly to your registered bank account on the 15th of each month, covering the earnings from the previous month. You can easily track your earnings and payout status in your referral dashboard.

10. Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?

No, there’s no limit! The more referrals you make, the more you earn.

11. How do I track my referrals and earnings?

You can track your referrals and earnings through your personal dashboard. Here, you can monitor:
• The number of users who signed up with your referral code
• The performance of your multi-tier network
• Your total earnings and pending commissions
The Referral Dashboard provides a comprehensive and interactive overview of your referral activities, commissions, network growth, and payout status. It includes three main cards: Direct Referrals, Tier 2 Referral Agents, and Tier 3 Referral Agents. Each card shows summarized data with options to drill down for more detailed insights, allowing you to easily track your progress in real-time.

12. What happens if a referred user cancels their subscription?

Once a user subscribes using your referral code, you earn your commission immediately. Even if the user decides to cancel their subscription later, it won’t affect your earnings. You’re rewarded for the sale at the time the subscription is activated, so the commission is already secured based on the initial referral.
